Our Vision
Our vision is to foster growth, resilience, and self-awareness, empowering individuals to build inner strength and cultivate reconciliation with themselves and others.

Individual Counselling
Individual counselling offers a safe, confidential, and non-judgmental space where you can explore your thoughts, emotions, and life experiences at your own pace. Our approach is grounded in Emotion Focused Therapy (EFT), Trauma-Informed Stabilization Treatment (TIST), mindfulness practices, and emotional regulation work. Our work together is collaborative and strength-based. Therapy supports you in reconnecting with your emotions and core values, building resilience, gaining new perspectives, and developing practical tools to navigate challenges—fostering meaningful healing, personal growth, and a stronger sense of self-agency.

Couple Counselling
Our couple counselling integrates Emotion-Focused Therapy for Couples (EFT-C) with other evidence-based approaches to help partners understand their challenges within the broader context of their relationship and life experiences. It supports identifying negative interaction patterns, accessing and acknowledging underlying emotions, and healing past emotional injuries. By fostering emotional co-regulation and empathy, counselling promotes individual growth, strengthens connection, and transforms old patterns into positive, lasting ways of relating.

Family Counselling
Our family counselling integrates the Stair Model, Systems Theory, Emotion Focused Therapy and Family Life Education to help families navigate challenges while understanding each member’s role, position, and unique experiences in differnt stages of family development. We guide families in strengthening communication, resolving conflicts, and supporting parenting or co-parenting efforts. Counselling also addresses child and adolescent emotional or behavioral concerns, trauma, attachment, intergenerational patterns, grief and loss, and major life transitions.
FAQ
Counselling is for anyone seeking support—whether you are experiencing emotional distress, relationship challenges, life transitions, stress, or simply want greater self-understanding and personal growth.
The first session focuses on understanding your concerns, goals, and what brings you to counselling. It also helps establish a collaborative approach, ensuring we work together in a way that feels supportive, respectful, and aligned with your needs.
Both options are welcome. You may attend counselling on your own or with your partner, depending on your comfort level and goals. Individual sessions can help you gain clarity and insight, while joint sessions support communication and mutual understanding. We can also discuss together what approach may be most helpful for your situation.
Both approaches can be helpful. Family sessions support communication, understanding, and connection among family members, while individual counselling can provide teens with a private space to explore their thoughts and emotions. Depending on your family’s needs, a combination of family and individual sessions may be recommended. We can discuss the most supportive approach together during an initial consultation.
